About to install B&M megashifter, any advice ?

Engine: 355-Supercharged
Transmission: 700R4
About to install B&M megashifter, any advice ?
Just got it in the mail today, I am planning an install on friday, are there any tips tricks, or things i should be aware of, any help would be much appreciated ! I heard there were some electrical issues, is this true ? thanxs

As far as electrical....thats not to bad.I only hooked up the backup lights.But you still have the park/nuetrul switch to mess with. I have,at home, the colors of these wires,when I get home I will email them to you.
It is a easy thing to do.just becarefull when cutting the trim plate.Use a dremal tool.Or something of that nature.We used a jig saw(only thing I had to cut with)needless to say I broke the damn thing.

Car: 1986 Firebird
Engine: 2.8 V6
Transmission: 700R4
I took a bunch of plastic baggies, and went through the instructions. When a step called for parts, I put the parts in the baggie, lableled the bag with the step #, and highlighted the "STEP #" in the instructions. It saved me some confusion (and lost parts)...
Oh and pul-ease spend a long time adjusting the shift linkage at the transmission end.. make sure you have the right hole in the lever, adjust the swivel properly, etc...
