Definitely, but they'll be assembled when I get them back. I sent him the heads, valves, springs & retainers ( hopefully Chad won't be to mad about the part's I sent ).
Maybe we can get him to post some pictures of them bare as well.

Project89,
Or any one who owns these heads. What are the proper size length of push rod that go with these heads?
Because the extra think deck it requires a different length push rod no?

The only way to get an accurate answer is to measure yourself so the rocker axis from trunion to tip (or roller tip centerline) is dead perpendicular to the valve stem at mid lift. No other way about it. DIOADIR

Re: assault racing 200cc 64cc chamber heads ( dart copys)
I wouldn't use anything under a 3/8", most push rod guy's would recommend 1/2" tubes for a solid roller.
As far as length, the last set I ordered were 8.300" , but as mentioned above, it's different on every engine.

So far I have Scat forged 4340 3.750 stroker crank with forged 4340 6in rods 30 over wiesco forged pistons GT45 turbocharger RPC200cc( dart platinum copys) heads and Assaults hurricane MPFI intake manifold.
The motor will live mostly below 4500 rpms will 3/8 push rods do you think?

With boost. ... I'd lean towards 7/16-1/2", call Manton or Trend. They will tell you what they believe will work best for your application

Re: assault racing 200cc 64cc chamber heads ( dart copys)
I guess it depends on your spring pressure and aggressiveness of the solid lobe but 3/8 typically does very well. Thats what i use to 7200 rpm and 30 psi lol but i am hyd roller with relatively mild springs 180/450 lb

Oh, was just curious about them. Got a budget build going on. Chad is hooking me up..... I sent him a new set of "old" pro1's to port & he's trading me up to the platinum series + full cnc 248cc runner program, valve job & stacking the springs. ... grand total, 2k

Right on!
If you don't mind, what is your combo?
Just curious as to how similar yours & mine are...
Ya know ci, compression, cam, intake & carb ( just general info, don't have to be exact ). I'm shooting for 7500 rpm (or better), & 700-750 @ the crank + 250 shot of N2o....

Re: assault racing 200cc 64cc chamber heads ( dart copys)
cars up and running so far ive been really happy with these heads , only been running a few pounds of boost till my 118 fuel gets here so i can dial in the tune but shes an animal and a half
lil lack of low end tq but that was expected to be with my combo with the large heads xe274 and hsr though it is a a bit hard to get a good feel for the heads down low with my 4,500-4,800 converter in the car

Re: assault racing 200cc 64cc chamber heads ( dart copys)
thanks unfortunatly my racetrack closed down , so she is reserved for daily driver status for now , rmr in slat lake city is about a 400 mile tow for me , and las vegas is about 440-450 mile tow not sure how many times i can afford tow the car to either this year
the track i did have that somewhat close was about 200 mile round trip and cost me about 100$ in fuel for the haul , im hoping they find another location to open up that is closer to me or about the same distance away

Re: assault racing 200cc 64cc chamber heads ( dart copys)
DAMN! THAT SUCKS! ! ! !
You can't really blame them, because of idiots that go to the track, sign a waiver, crash & then sue the track anyways & the insurance! OMG!!!
And now everywhere, the cop's are cracking down on street racing!
That's why I'm not building a drag car!
I'm gearing towards open roadrace events, autoX& highway roll racing for top end

Re: assault racing 200cc 64cc chamber heads ( dart copys)
What would you like to know? ive had my set as cast not ported from 2015? still on the 383 running a s480 turbo. Im a machinist( non automotive) by trade . I went over my set on a surface plate . I dont have my engines build log in front of me but I do remember I was more than pleased with my castings. Are they better than a stock iron head yes are they as good or better than a set of AFRs not even close. All overseas heads arent made the same so do your home work.
