I have one similar , it is a great . it does help a lot . mine telescopes height so I also use it a lot on my truck . got mine at harbor freight . don't remember the price . they call it a top side creeper .
correction: came from northern auto parts , pn# 3-100 . cost $189.99 , pricey but worth it on my back ...
