Has anybody used one of these service lift ramps before?

http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?n...390957&alt=web

I want to know if they are sturdy or even worth the money. I was thinking of getting four of them and use them as a mini lift. That way if I need to work on my transmission or something else, it wouldnt be too cramped under there. The price is also very cheap. Thanks

never seen them before but pretty neat if they work almost like a lift.

Re: Has anybody used one of these service lift ramps before?

I just found out about them earlier this week while looking into car ramps. Main concern is if they are strudy enough. I dont want the car to be wobbling while it is in the air. Or have to have extra support which could take up more work room. The price isnt too bad though. I might have to try a couple and write a review.

Defiantly a interesting idea. Portable, and would not take up a bay of the garage.

Are they adjustable with the car sitting on them? Or do you have to set the height, and then drive up on them?

I don't particularly care for ramps of ANY description. I don't trust 'em.

Looks like you can drive on them and them crank the screw to lift the car. I wouldn't want to though. Maybe with an impact wrench....
