What are they called?
Can someone tell me what these type of jacks are called that turn the car on its side? Or how I can buy some? Thanks.

That's some kind of static display. Probably a one off. You wouldn't want to actually do that with an assembled car that has fluids, etc.
A rotisserie is what they call the body/frame racks that allow body work and paint on a frame or shell.
