Autozone told me the same thing. We looked through thier catalog and figured out what the right ones with 3 bolts were. I ended up not getting them and getting the energy suspension polyurethane motor mounts instead. With them, you reuse the old clamshell piece and put the poly mount in place of the rubber mount. The instructions on how to do this are included with the mounts. If you do go to poly, get a poly trans mount also to keep things from twisting.

That is correct. I just replaced my engine mounts with the poly units. The mounts are the 4-bolt mounts even though only 3 bolts are used.

i have my engine out now and im wondering if i should be replacing the motor mounts while im at it.
The car has 140000 kms on it so a little under 100 000 miles. Should they be replaced, or are they alright? They're doesnt appear to be much wear in them, but then again, im not sure what im looking for

Definitely replace them. There probably cracked.Mine were. A pain in the *** to change, but you'll regret it if you don't.

Since we are on the topic.....my engine is currently out of the car so I decided to take a peek at those mounts. How are you supposed to get those dudes out without removing the control arm....or can you?
