Big ups to Scott over at Big Brake Upgrade.

I had the most pleasant experience dealing with Big Brake Upgrade.
Scott was very knowledgable and extremely helpful.

Got some used rusted up 1Le rotors I needed to cut down to hubs for my 2010 camaro brake upgrade to go along with my 2010 wheels, was trying to save money over buying new hubs.

After going from machine shop to machine shop and a few online vendors Scott at Big Brake Upgrade was a life saver. His price for the same work as those other places was unbelievably cheap and he had great communication with me about everything before he made any moves. I feel as though he takes pride in his work and that goes a long way and really shows.

My rusted rotors were treated in a tank to remove all rust, new longer studs were pressed in, new races were installed, bearings were packed with grease and packaged up ready to be throw on the car. Hubs were wrapped very nicely and everything packaged in a box and shipped very quickly from the day He received my rotors till the day I received the package was less than a week!

THIS IS HOW BUSINESS SHOULD BE! I recommend his work to anyone!

I just received my shipment from Scott as well, I ordered the C5 kit w/ss lines.

I had a ton of questions, sometimes odd ones and Scott answered them all honestly. I have yet to install them on the car, hoping to get up there in the next 2 or 3 weeks.

Re: Big ups to Scott over at Big Brake Upgrade.

An update on my order. I opened the boxes. It looks like FedEx damaged one of the rotors during shipment, there's a HUGE divot in the edge. The rest of the items look perfectly fine and don't look damaged.

However, none of that is Scotts fault. Scott however offered right away to send a replacement rotor. Once its all installed I'll be sending the damaged rotor back with the Spindle Cores. He even asked if I had seen any other damage.

As for the packaging? I was surprised to see them fully assembled on the spindles. It certainly makes a better impression than a box of parts you have to assemble after opening the box. You open the box and get a huge grin cause you see huge brakes just assembled, like they are ready to drop onto the car without any work at all.

This is what impressed me the most, but the turn around time and extremely quick responses were fantastic as well. I had my LS1 setup back one week from the day I shipped off the cores, amazing! I have yet to get them on the car, just got new a-arm bushings pressed in, but cannot wait.

Highly recommend Scott, excellent experience all around!
