Chevy Impala 03

I took my Chevy in to the auto store to get an estimate. She is old and dying and I found out that I need a new motor mount, wheel bearings, 2 lower ball joints, a rear sway bar link and other power steering pieces. They quoted me around $1,400 for the parts and labor. I just researched everything that they stated I needed and found all parts and express shipping for under $200. Since I am a girl, I assume, my fiance wants to question my desire to purchase from here, online, as opposed to going in and buying commercial. Please tell me this is the right decision. I am really looking to put good parts in my old impala.

Re: Chevy Impala 03

Wrong forum as this site is devoted to 82-92 f-bodies. It's the labor that you are paying for.
