3rd gen iroc suspension

My 86 iroc is going to get new suspension soon. What are the best shocks and struts to go out and handle some gnarly twisties. I purchased the eibach springs that lower the car 1 inch. I currently have the KYB adjustable front and rear and I am very unhappy with them. Any help is appreciated,, thank you !!

Re: 3rd gen iroc suspension

I recommend a full Heidts front and rear kit. It will come with everything you'll need and will make your car handle great. Oh and it'll only run you a hair under $10,000 shipped.

Since you already have the Eibach springs, give Sam Strano a call. He sells Eibach for the Thirdgen.

He's won a national championship in a Thirdgen and knows how to set them up. He'll most likely suggest you switch to Koni or Bilstein

Re: 3rd gen iroc suspension

I second the Koni’s. Have them on my car with Eibach Pro’s, poly front and rear bushings, and subframe connectors. Car handles great.
