That's good to hear. I was concerned. I PMed the seller for a part# but received no response. Just happy he didn't buy something worthless because of me.

Nothing at all. But in the listing it didn't specify what it was.

Re: stealth ram alternative fuel rails?

My polished HSR showed up today. For what paid for it I guess i'm okay with it. It's pretty roughed up and i'm not pleased at all about the two bolts tapped into the passenger side of the plenum. The seller should have disclosed this. Oh well, after I give it a re-polish it should be fine.

Re: stealth ram alternative fuel rails?

It would thave been nice if they were tapped level at least. My first thought was to have to aluminum IROC Z badges made and mount them on both sides but the holes are crooked.

Re: stealth ram alternative fuel rails?

Okay guys. I got my Fuel Rails yesterday and my afpr a few days ago. But before I post up the picture, Here is a "printscreen" of my iPhone. When I bought the AFPR, I was conversating with the seller through Ebay. I said to this person "man", "bro", and "dude" over and over and over agian. To make a long story short, the seller replied with this........

Those rails do look really nice. Go get some shorter 1/4 inch stainless bolts to attach them.

Oh man. I've been extremely busy. I won't say what I do other than I work at Target, work as a computer repair technician and I run my own business. So in other words, I forgot. But tomorrow for sure. I'll get them. So it's a 1/4 correct?

Yep. 1/4 inch for the rails and 3 short 1/4 inch bolts to attach your cable bracket to the plenum when your ready to install it.

Re: stealth ram alternative fuel rails?

Ok. I got 4 - 1.5" stainless steel bolts. But there is one issue. The bolt holes don't line up perfectly. The machined holes are too close to each other and will not allow the bolts to go in smoothly. Is that a problem for some? Yes. Is it a problem for me? No. I have my dremel and a tiny carbide burr. So tomorrow, if I don't get my large tattoo finished on my back, then I'm gonna get the rails prepped for the bolts.

Thanks for befriending me on fb, Take off the coller nut and remover the fitting. Wrap electrical tape around where you are going to cut the line to prevent fraying.

Sorry bro. I had to deactivate my account for a little while. But rest assured, I'll be back up there. Either way bro, we are just a phone call away. As for the fuel line, noted. Thanks B.

Re: stealth ram alternative fuel rails?

For the rails if its not that far off maybe make the hole a little larger. Wouldn't be a bad idea to use blue lock tite on the threads of the bolts and flat washers and lock washers. You must be in the dog house bro. lol

Re: stealth ram alternative fuel rails?

It does doesn't it? I think I might run the fuel line crossover through the back and somehow mount the AFPR in the front.

Re: stealth ram alternative fuel rails?

Doesn't look like there is much room or the front of the rail for the fpr. I think your option for that would be do the crossover on the front , plug the rear of the passenger side and the return will come right off the bottom of the fpr.

Doesn't look like there is much room or the front of the rail for the fpr. I think your option for that would be do the crossover on the front , plug the rear of the passenger side and the return will come right off the bottom of the fpr.
I was thinking about getting 2-90* elbows to install the crossover towards the rear so that the fuel line would drop down and inbetween the back of the intake and the dizzy's shaft. A bit of trimming wil be necessary. Or better yet, there has to be a fitting so that I can mount the return from to bottom of the AFPR directly to the existing return line. In other words, the AFPR mounted directly on the return fuel line. I think that would be pretty cool.

I think that's what your talking about, I'm not sure what an yo have on your return but you would need to but one more fitting.

I meant fuel lines. If only the "big bad boss" would take me off probation, I would be able to edit my mistakes.

You can cut your hard line and even do a tube nut and 37 flare

Got it. So my next step is to take off the fittings to the AFPR and have them sized at the hardware store. Then I'll call you with the sizes. Going to the cabin anytime soon?
