Questions about this "assault" intake

So what injector rails would you have to use for this?

And why does it have a spot for a carburetor?

Not for a carb, but a throttle body.
something like this but not with a Dominator flange:

Or an elbow for a ls or tpi type throttle body:

That looks like a good deal. I would be interested, but I have no clue on even where to start tuning.
