thoughts and parting experience welcome on this. Given the vortec stealth ram is MIA, and the vortec TPI base has mixed reviews, my otherwise aimless internet-ing got me to this.

Looks like it may be a stealth-ram 'inspired' design.

Did you try a search? Because I know I've seen threads about that intake before...

Thanks Drew.

I did, but didn't connect the dots to use lexicon like 'hsr'

interesting political rhetoric in that thread; I don't think possible to live a usual day without having some China nexus...

Re: what's the deal with the speedmaster vortec intake...yo?

It's not a bad intake, but not the quality of the original. I had one before. I had to clean up the intake runners common to the heads and the fuel injector boss holes were off a little (injectors were at a slight angle for to aft) used the speed master fuel rails as well. Don't know if the Holley Stealth Ram rails would work. Also the four mounting holes for the upper plenum were off, had to enlarge them so the screws would start in the lower intake

thanks. Sounds like it needs a bit of finessing. I've gone edelbrock pro-flo; hopefully it won't need much surgery to fit
