hello all,
when i bought my 84 firebird it was cream with earth-tone stripes and camel tan interior with no spoiler. in the 3 months I've owned it, I painted it polo green (91-92 gta color), converted the interior to black, added a spoiler, and added some alloy wheels. I'm working with a tight budget but I think it's coming along okay....

And Jim, very impressed with the work done on your IROC and the GTA. I wish I had the abilities to do that.

Ufortunately, I don't have a picture after the white fender and red nose and hood were on the car but here's a shot with thedented door. The driver's side of the nose and fender was smashed.
After:
Interior was destroyed. The seats were stained. The driver's seat was all twisted and nasty. Interior panels were grey and I don't have a shot of the "new" door panels.
After:
I really need to get new pics.

heh, most will argue that my before looks better than the after
Before:
and
After:
and now, I have a little bump on the front end:
But I love primer
I'm going to find a shade of silver/grey that is close to primer, if I end up painting it. Every time I see a silver Camaro, I want to paint mine, but I always change my mind because I love primer!! :hail:
Is it just me, or does the hood actualy look better with out the lovers? I like it much better with out them. I think I'm going to shave the holes where the lovers are supposed to go. :lala:

Well, its to bad i don't have any before pics...
imagine taking a junked out 1984 SC with a good tittle...
and using a 1987 IROC-Z and 1987 GTA....
"so 3 cars turned in to one" :P
Pulling the 250,000+ mile V6 out the sports coupe and
then taking every thing off! Doors, t-tops, hood, front clip, rear clip, dash, seats, hole f-ing drive train... ect ect!! ECT ECT ECT!!!! gut the F*ck out of it
then swapping in the GTA engine and its computer and hole drive train, Wheels and rear hatch with the Spoiler!
and then integra all the IROC-Z stuff in to it... no body can tell that it was a SC
NO BODY!!!! Except the VIN . thats about the only way.. Chris a member on the board was at my house a few days ago he couldn't tell it was an SC... till i told him...
