New wheels on the Formula
I picked up a set of C5 wheels today for a decent price.
I think they look hot, but most of my friends don't like them.
What do you guys think?

I am running a 2" Spacer on the front, and they are 17 and 18"
I think you'd need a 2.25" spacer for the rrear since it barely fit with the 98 Rear I have on it. We had to beat in the fender well a bit to get some clearance and then I put a small slip on spacer for a little bit more clearance.
The main reason I bought them was that my ZR1's have the Nitto 555RII's on them and I don't want to wear them out on the street, they only have about 6K mile life if driven on the street, and the ARE 16x9.5" crosslace wheels rub really bad in the front when turning and stick out just a bit more than I'd like, so I found these on a local board for $350 and the guy let me have them for $325. They have nearly new Nitto 555's on the rear and Kumho 712's on the front that have about 70% tread left on them.

I'm not a fan of those wheels either but they actually look pretty good on your car. If they were just a matched set of 18s it would be the ticket.

Well, I guess another good thing is that I don't have to worry about anyone stealing them since no-one wants them.
