Anyone see Horsepower TV this weekend with the GS6 Vette?
Anyone see it...the yellow GS6 Vette they featured......my GOD that car was nice....anyways.....anyone know what kind of rims that car had? THey looked great....think they would fit on a camaro? I think they were 18" and those were one of the few rims that ive seen that ive actually liked and wanted.

Engine: 2.8L, LS1
Transmission: 700R4, 4L60E
Axle/Gears: 3.42 Open , 10 Bolt (ukn)
don't remember the wheels but i think it was car & driver tv. was it the lingerfelter one, with twin turbos, (painted yellow) and was running in the 10's or so, but couldn't get traction.

you might be talking about the new LS6 vette called the "Z06" those rims are specially made for the Z06 only 17" in front, and 18" in back. You can get those rims sooner or later at a Chevy parts dealer for an outrageous price, of course.. I saw sum on Ebay last week with tires that sold for over $2,000 i think

if you are referring to the z06 vette rims, i would just go with the 2000 camaro SS wheels they are basically the same style, and all you would have to do is get a set of whell spacers from vette brakes or something

The show you were thinking of is "POPULAR HOTRODDING TELEVISON". That was no stock vette soewhere near 750 horses racing circut
car, they were something similar to the wheel maker OZ which is a race car wheel due to the lightness and material of the wheel that car is valued near $250,000 - $300,000

yeah i think dude and badz are right...I know it wasnt a Z06....although those are nice as well......but I just loved the rims on the vette I was talkin about....Im hoping I can find some resonably priced rims that are similar to those....anyone have a pic of them? I'll try to find some.
