Engine: Bored .030, vortec sbc350
Transmission: Built T5 WC
Axle/Gears: 1999 Torsen 4:10 Locker
Wanting to clean under my engine...
Well, I am under this thing replacing my starter this weekend, and was wondering what ya'll suggested for cleaning this thick layer of oil and grim thats all over EVERYTHING under the engine compartment, shocks, springs etc etc.

that will work . a power/pressure washer (low pressure) , lift , and a whole bunch of cheap toilet brushes etc. from your local dollar store . (i keep a selection of cheap brushes for that use) . a few runs through a car wash that gets the underside will also help a lot . if your on ramps , well it will not be easy . but it's dirty , wet , a mess , you will need to get showered/hosed down after done . my doing that was better because i have an outside 4 point lift . it does look soooo much better & you know it . go for it , good luck .
