Hello, I have a set of wheels that I would like to get some curb rash fixed, rims polished and clear coated. Anyone ever use a company to do this job in southern California that is good and trustworthy? The wheels are pictured below.

Just for the heck of it, I Googled:
southern california curb rash fixed, rims polished
and up popped these two for starters. Yelp reviews look very positive:

http://www.yelp.com/biz/southern-cal...repair-ontario
There are a couple more in that search also.

I found a company in Santa Ana, LM Chrome Wheel Polishing, that can polish or chrome. This is a 3 piece wheel and I had them chrome the wheels rather than polish. They look ok, I didn't have the barrels chromed, just the lip and face. The process took two weeks.

Results look good, and nice choice on OZ wheels. Do you have to run adapters and, if so, what thickness and where did you get them?

Re: Wheel Polishing Company in Southern California?
They are 19x8.5, 13mm offset and 19x10.5, 25mm offset. No rear spacer, the front has a 1 inch spacer. The front rims fit without the adapters but the center cap would hit the spindle dust cover. The adapter fixed that.
The rear tires are 285 35 19. I had to "message" the inside of the rear inner fender area with a small sledge hammer (only in one small section) in order for the tire not to hit. No problems with them. The front are 245 35 19.
I bought the wheels on eBay. They are off of a BMW. I bought the adapters at the Long Beach High Performance Casrshow Swapmeet.

Re: Wheel Polishing Company in Southern California?
Thanks for the info! I saw what looked like spacers on the front, but wasn't sure about the rear. So you're running 5x120 BMW bolt patterns on the thirdgen 5x120.65 hub. I was just wondering as I was eyeing a local set of BBS wheels in 5x114.3, so I'd need adapters front and rear.
The rear has the stock real thin spacer that I left there. I don't know if you are familiar with that but I believe what is said is that when the Camaros come with 16" wheels, they come with this real thin spacer.
You're welcome.
