best undercoat

Hey, Im looking to undercoat my trans am. I would like to use some real thick high quality undercoat. Some that has almost a tar like texture. Anyone know the name of some real tough undercoat?

Try looking at autozone, i got some for another car we were building, and it worked great. But anyways for the ta im gonna be doing that here in a week or so. Ill let you know what i use

Spray on or roll on bed liner material works great. With the popularity of the stuff growing more and more, it's pretty cheap too.

If you are using rubberized undercoating, make sure to get rid of ALL the dirt, sand, and moisture before you spray it. Otherwise you'll be creating a bed for rust to start. Laying down a coat of rust inhibitor beforehand would be a good idea too
