What is This???
Not sure if this is the right board for this but i wasn't really sure where else to put it. It looks like there are 4 lines coming out of the fuel tank. i know that one is fuel, one is the fuel return, and one is vapor. What is the fourth one, and what is at the end of it??

Is a vent and the little gizmo there is a check valve and pressure regulator. Checked my tank for leaks with some pressure and that plastic thing was bleeding off the pressure.
