hatch alignment
I have search around and found how to align my hatch, but I am having some problems. The left to right is off and It does not want to move. I have just made the in and out good. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong.
I already loosened the 8 13mm bolts. and I can get the hatch to move up and down and I can make it go in and out. I just cannot get it to go left and right.

Do you have a second person to help? The hatch is pretty heavy. You may also want to temporally disconnect the rear hatch struts also.
There are large square holes under the hatch hinges that allow for plenty of adjustment.

I do have another person. I have gotten it somewhat lined up but I am still having a prob with the side to side. I never would have realized how heavy that glass is. you have to have someone else there or you cannot do it.
I was wondering if it is worth it to just remove the painted part from the glass entirely. would that be better or am I just looking for more problems?
