Weight Reduction

A good point was brought up in another thread. Why isn't there a weight reduction section? It would be nice to see a place with tips and advice on how to shed a few unwanted pounds (from your car!) I think the Fabrication section might be similar, but I think this section fit best. So does anyone have any methods or stories that have worked well? And the cost as well, if any.
