Need help with my headlights on my 87 trans am. for some reason i do not know why but they will sometimes go up when i press the button but that is only 1 out of 10 times most other times lights will turn on but headlights will not come up i have tried this with 2 different sets of motors. Is it that the motors are bad or is it anything i can fix in them? thanks for the help guys.

 

Headlight relay? Left side by the battery.
