When I bought my 82 Firebird, there was no lid on the console. Does anyone know where to get a cheap replacement? What's a good price for a used lid, I know a new one costs about $80. Has anyone tried to make a lid?

 

Go to eBay, or the classifieds. Anything can be had for relatively cheap and good at either of these fine institutions.

Try a salvage yard near you. They usually sell for $5 - $10.
