Decals

Anyone have any experience putting decals on? I just managed to purchase a set of original indy decals for the car and am a bit wary of putting them on myself- 300$ for bubbly stickers doesnt sound good. Are there any tips out there or is it easier than I think it is? I probably should just buck up and take em to a body shop but thought I would check first.

Make a small part dish soap water solution and spray that on liberally to the sticker and the car. Take a squegie from a tint kit and remove air bubles. The spray solution will take air bubles out and allow you to move them around if you don't get them on perfectly. Then take a towel and pat area to remove excess moisture after you have them where you want them. I've heard that you aren't suppose to drive for 24hrs after I'm not sure if they will fly off but every time I've done sticker kits the cars have stayed in the garage all night. Hope this helps.
