Interior window rests. How to get them off?
I read in a few posts and a few tech articles, but still can't the window sill rests on the inside to come off. I know you have to have the window down, and push up and out I think, but I did that and I was pushing as hard as I could and the damn things wouldn't budge. Any ideas? I need to remove it to put screw that rattled loose back on the exterior rest cause when I put my windows up it catches on it (the ext. rest) a little and pushes it up then lets it down real hard and it's driving me friggen insane!

You have to take everything that's holding the door panel on off, like the arm rest, door trim, power door lock ect...
When I removed my door panels to replace them this article on my site helped a lot
