rear view mirror

my rear view mirror moves all over the pllace even over the smalles bumps. is thre ay way to tighten this up or do i have to find a new one to put in?

There's a small screw on the piece that attaches to the window. Use an allan wrench to tighten it up and that should solve your problem.
