In this pic that was sent to me by Matt Walter is of the inside of an 87 camaro I believe is what he said. You can see the rivets that hold the vin plate.

This is a pic on the inside of mine and there is another wall that hides the vin plate rivets.

The passenger side also hits this wall
Hopefully someone can help. The wiper trans assembly doesn’t fit. It’ll bolt up, but doesn’t move. It’s just binded up on the inside wall. In the pics you’ll see black lines, those are laying out walls on the inside you can’t see and I have the driver side linkage set up with the wiper arm in roughly the spot and angle it would be in. But the driver side is way to long, also so is the passenger side. I’ve bought 4 different linkages from other cars and they were the same. This recent one shown in the pictures is also from a 91 camaro. My car is a 91 rs. I’m wondering if they changed the design up somewhere in 91 like they did the trunk latch pull down motor. Because I’ve been trying to solve this riddle for a while now. With no luck.
