Bench bleeding brake master cylinder?

I've heard people talking about this before and I'm curious what I must do before installing a new MC on my car.

Its pretty easy...just mount the MC in a vise, and screw in MC bleeder kit fittings (plastic fittings with rubber hoses, sometimes they come with a new MC, if not the Help! line in most parts stores have them...Napa also sells a kit). You can also use original metal lines from another car, a more permanent solution. Put the hoses down in the reservoir, completely submerged in new fluid, and slowly push the piston in the MC in and release it severla times. When the bubbles stop coming out of the MC, its bled. This will save you a lot of time in bleeding the brakes, though its not completely necessary.
