Seems the bore is a 1/4 inch bigger than stock... says 20% more stopping power, for use with "154" brakes... I have 15" wheels...

Questions...my 91 Formula has 10.5" front rotors, seems this will be a direct replacement...

But the rear...my Fomula came with drums... Just found an earlier 10 bolt with 10.5" rear disc... will these fit the rears (I'm redoing all the components, brakes, rotors, axles, carrier, etc...)?

Re: Speedway Motors GM Big Bore Metric Calipers

Our calipers are 2 5/8" bore. So the difference would only be 10% more braking torque than stock for a given fluid pressure. This would come at the cost of a longer pedal. This is the opposite direction of every other brake kit out there. Make sure that is what you are looking for.

LS1 calipers and pretty much all the others will actually have less braking force (for same fluid pressure) than stock. This leads to a shorter and higher effort pedal which most people prefer.

87350IROC, thanks for your insight and information... As I see more and more, the physics and math of things plus somewhere is minus somewhere else...

Yes, it is always a compromise.
