Actually, this is about the front brakes from: 350mm 6 piston calipers (18Z) can be sourced from:
04-2012 Cayenne S, Cayenne Turbo
Touareg V10
They do use 6-piston Brembo calipers, and the rotors are 350 mm x 32 mm, or 13.78" x 1.26"
So this is what I'll be trying, for calipers. They're huge, but readily available. Far less demand for these than for CTS-V parts.

How cheap we talking here?
Rotors are useless to us though, but not a huge deal

However, rebuilt and loaded calipers from Rock Auto for a 2012 Cayanne Turbo are only $177 each for the 360mm rotor models. But they carry a $350 core charge.

Your EBay price may vary. But get the Touareg version, it's the exact same thing, just without the "PORSCHE" logo, which doesn't help anyway. I saw a pair last week for $200, I should have nabbed them, but Christmas shopping for my family came first. There will be more Touaregs parted out next spring.
On a related note, I found the '06+ C6 Z06 J56 14" x 32 mm rotors for $51 each, new, and the requisite 1LE hubs for $34 each, new.
So that's huge brakes for $400 plus brackets.
