my son has an 89 rs 2.8 camaro for sale.it has 100,000 miles,great interior, new paint, sapphire blue.new brakes ,plugs,wires, cap,rotor, ho.coil,very good tires,bfgs.sport wheels,hood scoop ,2.5 cowl,sun roof. great gas milage 35 mpg. reason for sale father- in law has a 98 grand prix GTP.my son wants it. ,later jimmy for pics send to yz85quick66@yahoo.com

4200 is a bit steep for a 6 cyl. maybe 3k youd find someone, it looks like a sharp car after all. good luck

I am certainly not trying to insult you, but you should look more in the 2k range. I bought my 86 Z28 with 94k miles, 305 and a 5 speed (which is pretty valued) for 3k. It was stored winters too, which is a tough find in Wisconsin.
Here's a picture of the day I brought it home. It's not a show winner, but it is definitely one of the nicer 3rd gens in town.

Again, I don't want you to take offense to my post. I wish you best of luck in your sale, but I'm just putting it out there that most 100k mile IROCs will go for 4k if they are in great condition. Good luck with your sale! PM me with any questions.

That's a great post. You seriously think he's going to sell it to you for 500 bucks? Again, try some comments to help someone sell the car, not bash their sale.

no insult taken, but there are a lot of camaros around me . i can think of 20 or more within 30 miles of me.a girl up the road from us just sold the 25th anniversary for $ 3500.00 1992 rs 305 with over 200,000 miles on it.needs paint really bad too.looks like you got a good deal on yours.they just sell around here.like i said before i dont have to sell it anyway. may have a job in a couple weeks,ifso ill keep it and buy the grand prix.need a project for me and my dad to play with.already have a 350and 700r4 to put in it.anyway the 2.8 still gets 35 mpg. ,later jimmy

I would take the fake hood blister and leave it stock myself. I noticed it has a sunroof which was not a factory option. Many deter away from it. The guys are right, its overpriced. If it had 35k miles then I can see it fetch for it's asking price. At any event, there are those buyers that just want a rust free shell and are willing to pay for that price.

deff to high in price for what it is, I am selling my 89 GTA 350 with custom int for 4,500 and thats a TA they sell for more then a camaro usely douse.
