$5,000 for the car? Its got 747 original miles! That alone puts the value around $20,000!

This car was for sale on ebay a couple months ago for $250,000 and didnt sell. He's now down to $100,000. Definitely a true 1 off car. I wonder at what point (and what price) a collector will step in and buy it...

It's signed by multiple big named musicians... Ozzy Osborne, Jimmy Paige, Tom Petty, Kenny Loggins... and many more.

What i'd like to know is where this was stored to collect all those signatures over the years.

Is this that "We are the world" camaro?

If so, those autographs were from all of the performers who performed that day. I can;t remember specifics, lol.

Re: $99.900 no typo $99.900!!!85 Iroc-Z

i think the autographs are cool as hell and everything. i just think they dont belong on a car. that thing just doesnt look right. besides i would never pay anywhere near that much money for a third gen. as much as i love them, they would need a hell of a lot of custom work(in my eyes) to be worth anywhere near any of those prices. but i do think the autographs are awesome. the car would look alot better if it only had one or maybe two autos on it.( in the right spots) the way it is now , it looks like one of my kids drew all over it.

as far as i can tell , its a regular factory z, with nothing done to it, i just dont see anything really extra special about it other then its got all those signatures. for havin all those signatures there isnt much info posted about it in that link. are those sign. real or not.

Re: $99.900 no typo $99.900!!!85 Iroc-Z

I HATE when people discuss things that they have no clue about, and put them down. This car was a main attraction at Live Aid, a multi-venue concert that was held on 13 July 1985. The event was organized to raise funds for famine relief in Ethiopia. The signatures on the car are from numerous bands and artists including:
Bernard Watson – All I Really Want to Do Interview
Joan Baez (introduced by Jack Nicholson) – Amazing Grace/We Are the WorldThe Hooters – And We Danced All You Zombies
The Four Tops – Shake Me Wake Me (When It’s Over) Bernadette It’s The Same Old Song Reach Out I’ll Be There I Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch)
Billy Ocean – Caribbean Queen Loverboy
Black Sabbath (introduced by Chevy Chase) – Children of the Grave Iron Man ParanoidRun-D.M.C. – Jam Master Jay King Of RockRick Springfield – Love Somebody State Of The Heart Human TouchREO Speedwagon – Can’t Fight This Feeling Roll With The ChangesCrosby Stills and Nash – Southern Cross Teach Your Children Suite: Judy Blue Eyes
Judas Priest – Living After Midnight The Green Manalishi (With The Two-Pronged Crown) You’ve Got Another Thing Comin’
Bryan Adams (introduced by Jack Nicholson) – Kids Wanna Rock Summer of ‘69 Tears Are Not Enough Cuts Like a Knife

The Beach Boys (introduced by Marilyn McCoo) – California Girls Help Me Rhonda Wouldn’t It Be Nice Good Vibrations Surfin’ USA
George Thorogood and the Destroyers – Who Do You Love (with Bo Diddley) The Sky Is Crying Madison Blues (with Albert Collins)Simple Minds – Ghost Dancing Don’t You (Forget About Me) Promised You a Miracle
The Pretenders – Time The Avenger Message of Love Stop Your Sobbing Back on the Chain Gang Middle of the Road
Santana and Pat Metheny – Brotherhood Primera Invasion Open Invitation By The Pool/Right Now
Ashford & Simpson – Solid Reach Out and Touch (Somebody’s Hand) (with Teddy Pendergrass)
Madonna (introduced by Bette Midler) – Holiday Into the Groove Love Makes The World Go Round
Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers – American Girl The Waiting Rebels RefugeeKenny Loggins – Footloose
The Cars – You Might Think Drive Just What I Needed Heartbeat CityNeil Young – Sugar Mountain The Needle and the Damage Done Helpless Nothing Is Perfect Powderfinger
Power Station – Murderess Get It OnThompson Twins – Hold Me Now Revolution (with Madonna Steve Stevens and Nile Rodgers)Eric Clapton (with Phil Collins) – White Room She’s Waiting Layla
Phil Collins (having taken Concorde from UK to USA) – Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now) In the Air Tonight

Led Zeppelin (with Tony Thompson Paul Martinez and Phil Collins) – Rock and Roll Whole Lotta Love Stairway to Heaven
Crosby Stills Nash & Young – Only Love Can Break Your Heart Daylight Again/Find the Cost of Freedom
Duran Duran – A View to a Kill Union of the Snake Save a Prayer The ReflexPatti LaBelle – New Attitude Imagine Forever Young Stir It Up Over The Rainbow Why Can’t I Get It Over
Hall & Oates (with G. E. Smith of Saturday Night Live fame on guitar) – Out of Touch Maneater Get Ready (with Eddie Kendricks) Ain’t Too Proud to Beg (with David Ruffin) The Way You Do the Things You Do My Girl (with Eddie Kendricks and David Ruffin)Mick Jagger (with Hall & Oates / Eddie Kendricks / David Ruffin) – Lonely At The Top Just Another Night Miss You State of Shock/It’s Only Rock ‘n Roll (But I Like It) (with Tina Turner)Finale at JFK Stadium: a) Bob Dylan Keith Richards and Ronnie Wood – Ballad of Hollis Brown When the Ship Comes In Blowin’ in the Wind b) USA for Africa (led by Lionel Richie) – We Are the World

The signatures on their own are worth that much money. This is a museum piece, and in fact came out of a museum. to the people who are talking about driving the car, it isn't meant to be driven, its a piece of history that needs to be preserved. and the last thing those signatures are is ugly. people who are saying its fake or written over are even more retarded. The car has not been touched since 1985, there is a LOT of proof behind its legitimacy, and it certainly has not been toyed with.

1. The signatures and car are "worth" what someone will pay for them.

2. You're calling people "retarded"? That's nice.
