I've been contemplating on what to do with my 1987 Camaro Sport Coupe Roller, so I thought I'd offer it up here in case anyone is interested in a solid body. Here's a little info on the car:

- Original LG4/Auto car (both have been removed and are no longer available)
- Bright Red with Carmine Interior
- Z28 Ground Effects Added
- Car was converted to a manual at one point so there's a hole for a manual shifter in the tunnel.
- Factory 15" Silver Z28 Wheels installed (Spare on Passenger Front due to a flat, but the Z28 wheel is on hand)
- The engine & transmission that is installed in the pics is just in the car as a placeholder and goes in another car. It will be removed prior to the sale of the car.

The engine bay has been sanded and sprayed with PPG Victory Red Basecoat/Clearcoat, so the engine bay is very presentable. The rest of the car needs paint.

I know it may be a longshot that someone is looking for a car in this condition, but I thought I'd offer it up just in case. If I don't get any takers, this car will likely go to the scrap yard in a few weeks.

I'd like to get $500 for it. I can get additional pics of it if anyone is interested.

I have a clean title for it in hand. I've owned the car for about 12 years. Also, I am just north of Nashville in Hendersonville, Tn. Let me know if you have any additional questions.

The scrap yard is only going to give you $100 for the way it sits.So $500 is a bit much.

I'm not sure that you can compare the value of a clear titled project car to scrap yard prices. Taking it to the scrap yard would be a last-ditch effort just to cut my losses and get it out of the way. Also, keep in mind that the complete car is not going to the scrap yard. I will remove any of the parts that have value. Their weight is going to be negligible compared to the total weight of the car.

For someone that wants a solid rust free body (virtually a complete car minus the engine/trans) with an engine bay that is painted and looks better than factory I feel like $500 is very reasonable.

I wish I was! I'm getting a lot of local interest, but no one has bought it yet. I'll drop the price to $400 to anyone on here that is interested.

If I had a way to transport it I might take you up on that, but that's a little far for sure. Plus I'd like for you to be able to see it before you committed to buy it.
