Car: 1991 Z28
SOLD 1991 Camaro Z28 Hardtop
SOLD 1991 Camaro Z28 305 Hardtop
I bought the car in 1998, and believe I am the third owner. It has spent the last 16 years in Florida and mostly garage kept. It pains me to sell it, but i dont drive it enough and it is time to let it go. Overall the car is in great condition and runs great. I have a few minor spare parts i will include in the sale (see below for list), as well as a Moates APU1 AutoProm package. I have only used the Autoprom for diagnostics, the car still has the original tune. 80282 miles
-305 TPI with 700R4 Automatic
-All power options work (locks, windows, mirrors, seat, hatch and hatch pulldown motor)
-Alarm with keyless entry
-Car was repainted in 2006, has been kept stock and unmolested.
In the last few months i have done the following:
-South Bay Bosch Fuel Injectors
-Brake booster, Pads, front calipers, and hoses
-New AC compressor, flushed AC system, new accumulator, converted to R-134A
-radiator
-radiator hoses
-steering (inner and outer tie rods and center link)
-front and rear sway bar links
-power steering hoses (supply and return)
-heater core
-heater hoses
-vacuum hoses
-water pump
-EGR valve
-fuel pressure diaphram
-cleaned and rebuilt throttle body, new idle air control valve
The biggest issues are as follows:
-Paint job could be better in a couple places, but overall very good
-Hood and floor pans had some minor rust which has been repaired
-Transmission cooler lines should be replaced, I have new pre-bent lines i will include in the sale
-Will need two new front tires soon
Spare parts:
-transmission cooler lines
-connectors for MAP and TPS
-Idler arm
- 2 spare tach PCBs and 2 spare Speedmeter PCBs
-rebuild kits for the power steering pump and steering box
Asking $5500
