What are the minor engine issues?

When hot and accelerate hard, a little smoke. Think it is possible turbo issue, but engine has only 100 miles on it. My immediate plans are to diagnose and fix this, just haven't had time. If you are interested, I will make you a deal, only because I am spending all of my time on another project.
