1991 Camaro Z28 - $4050 (final)

A hole near the gas and brake pedal.
Up for sale is a 1991 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 that I had purchased 4-5 years ago. Since then, the Z28 has been garaged kept. In the 4-5 years of ownership, this car was driven less than 50 miles (total) - if that. This Z28 has its original 5.7L 350 cubic inch engine that was bored out to a 355 cubic inch by the previous owner. The motor idles very nice and the trans shifts firm and hard. This car would make a great daily city driver or a weekend track car.

Other modifications that were performed previous to my purchase are: th-350 trans, shift kit, 6 quart deep (finned) trans pan, 2800 stall converter, shorty headers, removed cats, flow master muffler, air foil between throttle body blades, larger fuel injectors size unknown), smog equipment removed. The previous owner, for whatever reason, removed the radio and discharged the A/C and removed all smog equipment from the engine.

Performed by myself: Mobile 5w-30 fully synthetic oil, new oil filter, replaced fluid in trans pan with fully synthetic (type F) trans fluid, replaced trans linkage seal, installed two new air filters, new plugs and wires, starter, fuel pump, rear shocks, and had instrument cluster sent out to be rebuilt. There is also a trans temp guage that is installed. All of the following have less than 2 miles on them.

This Z28 has less than 50k on the rebuilt motor and trans, but there is 178k on the clock (besides the items that I replaced). This car was once teal in color until the previous owner had it painted black.

The minor: head liner is saging...slightly, this Z28 could use two new hood struts, also, this Z could use a weather stripping kit.

Bigger: this car will need to be inspected and the shift linkage needs to be connected to the trans to place into gear

Biggest: there is some rust damage to the floor pans that caused some baseball-like sized holes in the floor pan

This Z28's current tires are bald, but I purchased four tires with at least 75% life left on them. These need to be mounted and balanced.

The reason I am parting with this car is that I work 50 plus hours a week and I had two kids since purchasing this car.

There is no warranty with this car and all sales are final. In other words: this car is being sold as is. Purchaser is responsible for shipping or pick-up of this Z28. Please feel free to text me with any and all questions as I want any potential purchaser to be well informed with regards to this incredible car.

Asking price: $ 3,750
