Wiring in amp to factory radio
I want to add and amp and new speakers, but would like to use a line converter to keep my factory radio. Can someone confirm that I have this wired correctly.
I want to make sure that the remote wire is correct, also is it alright to use the factory wiring to run the new speakers?

Looks good. Just one thing. If sound quality is high on your priority list, then using a high level to low level converter is not a good solution. It introduces an entire stage of distortion. Kind of like making a photocopy of a photocopy. If I were to do this, I would get a Bose factory head unit and use the speaker outputs directly into the amp. The Bose output is a low level input already (preamp level).

I have never seen one of the Bose units, and it would probably cost more than I want to spend. Do the later Monsoon units operate the same, or is there a way to bypass the amp in a regular factory radio, and get the necessary pre amp signal that way?
