Marine carb on pickup?

I'm putting a 98 vortec in my c10 and converting it to carb with a QJet. I have one off of a 94 boat 350. Should I rebuild it for the truck I'd hate to buy a new one having this clean one laying around. I'm just not sure they change anything critical for marine that would effect the driving.

Try it and see. If you don't like it, ... you still have the other option.

Re: Marine carb on pickup?

So I took the numbers and ordered a rebuild kit. Flipped the carb over and look at that, no pvc or brake booster ports. I looks like I'll be digging through the pile of QJets looking for a new candidate and hoping my rebuild kit matches.
