Who is the best Company for Electronic Carb Rebuild?
My 85 Z28 LG4 is developing some issues effecting driveability and I am contemplating a rebuild. I understand that this carb is a unique animal and I want to send it to an expert.

If it doesn't need minor machining (bushing replacement at the throttle shaft) then you might do it yourself.
Doug Roe has a good book on q-jets.
The adjustment tools, while discontinued, are still cheap and easy to buy online.
And furthermore, most carburator problems, aren't. I think we owe that phrase to the late Smokey Yunick.
Do some troubleshooting, check for basic vacuum check TPS voltage, maybe adjust that. Check primary lean/rich stop travel distance. Lots of little things you can do with time and knowledge without going all-out,
