Is Autoform still in business?

I am close to repurchasing a 83 Camaro convertible, I assume was done by Autoform. Curious of a few things: 1. Is autoform still in existence? 2. Best affordable place/way to get a new top? 3. A rough value in restored condition?

Doesn't seem like it. They were a company that did boats. That's why Autoform cars have boat parts on them.

1. Is autoform still in existence?
God, I hope not.

2. Best affordable place/way to get a new top?
Upholstery shop, maybe?

3. A rough value in restored condition?
50% less than a T-top or Hardtop that hasn't had a near death experience with a Sawzall.
