hard plastic lines that go to heater control

i have a 88 iroc,put in a new engine and the so called mechanic never put the lines on.i no longer have the heater control valve so where can i put these lines in order for my flapper door to work?are they both vacuum?one is straight and one has a elbow.i have been on four different camaro sites and can not get the answer i am looking for.

I believe the one with the elbow should go to a vacuum source on the engine and the straight one was for the heater valve. connect the elbow to a vacuum port on the engine and you can plug the straight one.

Hard line with elbow goes to port on pass. side of plenum, straight one goes to heater valve.
