I bought a 91 Camaro RS with the 305 from my buddy the fuel pump was out and he tried to keep it running and in the mix of keeping it running he blow a ratiator hose off i tried finding where it goes by looking and moving it around but it seems like it goes right around the A/C compressor because it comes right up by the passenger valve cover so if you have idea, or a diagram of where it goes please forward the info.

 

I`m not aware of any hose diagrams. I`m not sure what to tell you other than try to use some common sense to figure out where the hoses go. What approx. size(length & width) is the hose you are having trouble with? Please do not take any offense at anything I say, no offense intended. I`m guessing the throttle body coolant bypass hose but I`m not sure. If you know anyone who can post some pics for you, give it a try.

 

Sounds like a heater hose, not the radiator hose. One hose goes down near the motor mount on the passenger side, and the other comes up over the valve cover where it merges with an EVIL vacuum operated coolant diverter. Tomorrow I will take a pic of my 350, should be the same routing.

 

If it`s a 1/2" or 5/8" hose, TheScaryOne is right, sounds like a heater hose or throttle body bypass hose.

 

I found out where it went.i went to a pull a part junk yard to see how it was setup and like u said it was a vacuum operated coolant diverter.thanks!
