Car: 92 camaro RS
Engine: vortec 350/396
Transmission: T5
redoing ugly stock heater hoses
on a 92 camaro rs tbi 5.0 theres 3 hoses going to a vacum regulator behind the a/c comp. anybody ever rearanged them to hide this ugly thing and the 2 feet of hoses? I want to keep my heater but I also dont wanna look at this thing.

many of us have , it's the heater diverter valve . it's pretty easy to re-locate in the rear pass. side of the eng. compartment . take care with brittle old plastic vacuum lines . use new rubber heater hose , pay attention to the one that goes to the manifold near dist. . you may crack/break old plastic diverter valve . they break easy & fail often , also cheap to buy . good luck .
