buy or get tuned?

Have a 91 ZZZZZ.Need a chiped burned bad.should i buy a tunner?Should i tune?Motor is very build up.Anyone know where theres any chip burnners in Baltimore Area?Runs Very lean right now!!

I got an EBL P4 Flash and I am very satisfied with it & the support... plus it offers many options for upgrading down the road, Nitrous, Boost, etc...
