CODE 13 keeps showing up

CODE 13 keeps showing up
13 says Oxygen sensor signal stays Lean during warm engine cruise. What could this be???? I ran the car on the hwy today with no signs of hesitation- OD came in at around 45 mph. Soooo why do I get Code 13 ?

This is cause bye a inactive o2, poisoned, lazy, defective or sooty.
13 Oxygen sensor voltage stays between 0.35 and 0.55 volts for 60 seconds.
