Magazine "testing" hot version BIN

I've been looking at the 89Z_TPI_350_auto_MAG.bin from Mike's website (http://www.eecis.udel.edu/~davis/z28/).

What magazine/article is this from?

Has anyone used this BIN?

This "hot" magazine testing bin was apparently optimized for running 91 octane or better in an iron headed 350. This bin is extremely similar to the APYP 1989 corvette aluminum headed 350 bin., which I modified and am running on a 69 327.

The ARAP, was the .bin that was used in the cars supplied to the various car mags, for evaluation.
