need bin for comparison

I have a 91 RS TPI 305 with 22lb injectors and have reprogrammed the chip by changing the injector flow constant and VE tables so that the BL stayes right around 128 but when its cold it still runs too rich. So I was looking for someone who had a similar bin to look at for ideas.

P.S. using 7730 ecm.

I'm guessing that you're using TunerCat for reprogramming your chip. If so, then you'll need to lower the values in the table "Open Loop Fuel/Air Ratio %Change Vs. Coolant Temp." Figure out what your coolant temp starts out when the engine's cold and then modify the values corresponding to that temp and for those at higher temps.

What do you mean by cold? The engine or the ambient air temperature? If you mean the engine, that is part of the enrichment factors involved in "warm up". If you mean "ambient", then you should play with the MAT Inverse Multiplier Look Up Tables.

When you "just" start the engine and you should be in "open loop" and the BLM/INT remain at 128/128 while the AF ratio changes.
