Ostrich 2 issue w Cyl Select

I have used Moates Ostrich 2 for years and have never run into this problem.
Pulled the Ostrich from my 92 LT5 and sent it to a friend to install in his 90 LT5. Loaded a stock bin file, and Code 41 pops up. When I insert the stock prom from where I read the calibration that was then loaded into Ostrich, the original prom works fine. No code.

You're using the same MEMCAL on the adapter that you read from, correct?

Yep tried that. Still 41. I set up another cal w flag for Code 41 Not Set.
It appears the calibration is operating normally even w the flag being set. So we’ll see if deleting the flag has any effect.

I un-set the Code 41 MALF, and that appears to have worked. No other issues. Car drives fine and calibration working as expected. Its a bit puzzling what the problem is.

Interesting altho we did check that. However, I have had issues w adapters that did not get “fixed” by reseating the prom.
Need to check w different prom.
In the meantime, I UN-set the Code Flag for this w no detrimental affect.
