I have a 88 gta
I got the logging cable 1 year ago.


I had it working last summer and now I had to start all over again and im lost
I don't know what xdf to use
I tried 2 they seem to work but I cant connect


I need help that's easy to understand

You will need a $32B adx file to connect to your car.
The 1227165 can be problematic to connect to just the nature of that ecm.
The xdf is for modifying the binary file.

when I use the ads is gives me a error msg and kicks me out of tunerpro
I tried 4 times


I have v5.0 it needs adx and the ads is v4
are they compatible?

the only thing that works is the 32B.xdf
and that's not the right thing


I even tried a corvette on v5 and same error msg and booted me out


I have a laptop with windows 7


could windows 7 be causing a issue????

Have you tried converting the ads to adx ?
You might need to upgrade to $6e it seems to connect better.

What kind of cable do you have? Using a 10k resistor?

I have a moats cable and I do have it on the 10k
but I have no idea why my computer will not let me get a proper ads or adx to just data log


I had it working last year
and now I got nothing
