A/C ????'s
My blower fan for my heat and A/C suddenly quit working on the high setting, it works great on all the other settings but no high, I checked all the fuses that I can see and all looked o/k. could it be the relay by the blower motor is bad or what ???
It might be the relay or the resistors for your fan. If I remember right the power for your fan goes through some resistors that are inside the fan housing. There is usually a plug on top of the fan housing right behind the fan relay. There should be four wires going into it. It plugs right onto four prongs sticking out of the plastic. You need to pulll off the cover and they are mounted to the underside. one might be toasted.
But then again, I cant really remember though, I think on high the power is routed only thru the relay and bypasses the resistors. Sorry I couldnt be more help.

i had a problem similar to this... all i did was put the blower motor on high and open the hood and jimmy around the purple wire on the blower motor. This wire tells the motor the voltage on how fast you want it. mine was loose, works fine now after i replaced it. and spliced a new one in.
thanks for the help guys, I fixed the problem tonight, I replaced the blower relay and it cured all. that had to be one of the easiest repairs I have ever done to this car, it only costed about $10.00 and 30 secs.
